Nutty Nana Oatmeal Recipe
What You Need:
3 C of milk 1/4 t of salt 1 1/2 C quick cooking oats 2 large bananas, sliced 2 T of peanut butter 1/2 t vanilla extract
How to Make It:
Bring the milk and salt to a boil in a large sauce pan over medium heat. When boiling add the oats and stirring occasionally cook the oats for 2 minutes or until thick. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the bananas, peanut butter and vanilla.
Makes 4 servings
If your kids like bananas and peanut butter they are sure to love this oatmeal. Add crunchy peanut butter if you prefer.
